The hydraulic jaw crusher is a double-cylinder hydraulic compound pendulum jaw crusher developed on the basis of jaw crusher. The whole machine adopts full hydraulic operation and is mainly composed of three parts: main engine, hydraulic protection device and electric control cabinet. The crusher has overload protection function, and can crush materials with extremely strong and extremely hard foreign materials, which has large and stable processing capacity and high safety.

The hydraulic jaw crusher can crush all kinds of limestone, pebbles, dolomite, marble, iron ore, granite, basalt, etc. It is widely used in sand and gravel yards, mining and stone crushing plant, concrete mixing stations and other fields. Its feeding size is 250mm-630mm, output size is 20~150mm, and production capacity is 30-220t/h.

The equipment is designed with new technology, and the structure is more compact and simple, which simplifies the operation process, reduces the workload of the field workers, and is more convenient to install. The hydraulic system enhances the crushing automation ability and makes the stone crushing easier. The hydraulic jaw crusher has the advantages of simple structural design, low operating cost and convenient maintenance.
