The three-rings and medium speed micro powder mill is a new product developed by our company, it is the advanced dry type fine grinding equipment for non-metal super-fine powder. The material’s crushing and powder’s classification are put in one machine. It has advantages of compact structure, adjustable final fineness (from 400-3000 meshes), easy maintenance, low unit product consumption, and low investment cost.
The powder mill is suitable for the super fine grinding of all kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive material whose Moh’s hardness is below 5 grades, such as calcium carbonate, barite, aedelforsite, kaoline, rare earth ore, hematite, talc, feldspar, slag and so on. The material’s crushing and product’s classification have been proceeded in one closed system, and dusty air is handled by a dust collector, so there is no pollution. It is the ideal equipment for environment protection.
During the operation, the main machine drives the main shaft and each layer of the turntable through the reducer to rotate, so that dozens of ring rolls roll and rotate in the grinding ring raceway. After the big material is crushed into the required particle size by the crusher, it is sent to the storage bin by the hoist, and then the material is evenly, quantitatively and continuously sent to the middle of the upper turntable by the vibrating feeder, and the material is scattered to the periphery under the action of centrifugal force, and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring by the ring roll, rolling and grinding. After the material is pulverized by the first layer, it falls into the second layer for finer grinding, and then enters the third layer of milling to achieve the desired particle size.
1. There are no rolling bearings and no screws in the grinding chamber. The bearing and its seal is vulnerable and the screw is not easy to loosen and destroy the machine, and the work is safe and reliable;
2. In the situation of the same fineness of materials and finished products, its wear parts have a longer service life than ordinary mills, generally up to one year;
3. The material’s crushing and product’s classification is proceeded in one closed system, and dusty air is handled by dust collector without pollution;
4. This machine adopts graded grinding, the fineness of the finished product is high, and the final fineness can reach d97≤5μm at one time.
