The ceramic ball mill is a ball mill with a ceramic substrate. It is a new type of energy-saving ball mill that can be used for grinding various materials, both dry and wet. The machine can be used according to different product types to meet different needs.
Ceramic ball mill is suitable for the mixing and grinding of various materials, such as river quartz, gold ore, iron ore, cement clinker, copper ore, pyrrhotite, copper ore, river sand, and glass in many industries such as silicate products, building materials, metallurgy, chemical materials, fertilizers, and non-ferrous metal dressing and glass ceramics.
Ceramic ball mill feeding size: ≤ 25mm, output size: 0.075mm-0.4mm, loading amount: 0.05-15 tons / time, cylinder rotation speed: 13.5-50 r / min. Lining material: ceramic, silica, rubber, metal (the matching power varies with the lining material and the grinding material). The fineness of the grinding operation of the ceramic ball mill can be controlled by the grinding time; the operation is simple and safe, and the performance is stable and reliable.

1. The product particles are relatively uniform.
2. The yield is about 25% higher than that of the conventional equipment; the unit power consumption is about 26% lower and the grinding consumption is also less compared with others.
3. The replacement cycle of components is long. There is no noise during operation, and the failure rate is low.
4. The outlet is designed reasonably; the grinding efficiency is high; the quality of the liner is good, and the investment cost is low.
If your machine fails, production at the entire plant will be at risk. To avoid such losses, you can get critical replacement parts of the machine whenever you need it.
Our products support global logistics network distribution, ensuring that FTM brand spare parts or consumables are available when you need it.
Our fixed-model machines and consumables are available from stock to ensure customers get the machines they need in time.
