HVI impact sand maker can be widely used in metal and non-metal ore, building materials, artificial sand and various metallurgical slag crushing and shaping. It can effectively crush all kinds of high-hardness ores (such as granite, talc, potassium feldspar, quartz stone, etc.) and construction waste, hollow bricks, etc., and produce finished products with uniform particle size and good quality.

The impeller structure adopts a unique deep cavity four-port design to increase material throughput by more than 30% and special bulk tray design to convert quickly feeding and waterfall feeding, effectively reducing downtime, adjustment time, and improving work efficiency. The final products have cube form and the shaping effect is good, the iron pollution is extremely small, and the size of the grain can be adjusted according to actual needs.
