HCG series gyratory crusher is a large-scale crushing machine that uses the crushing cone to circulate, squeeze, split and bend materials in the shell cone cavity, and roughly crushes ores or rocks of various hardness. It is a kind of cone crusher, mainly used for coarse crushing of ore.
Gyratory crushers are commonly used for crushing ores or rocks of various hardness such as granite, concrete, basalt, limestone, dolomite, iron ore, manganese ore, gold ore, copper ore, etc .
The upper end of the main shaft equipped with the crushing cone is supported in the bushing in the middle of the beam, and the lower end is placed in the eccentric hole of the bushing. When the bushing driven by the pulley and the bevel gear rotates, the crushing cone is eccentric around the center line of the machine. The gyratory movement makes the surface of the crushing cone sometimes close to and sometimes away from the surface of the fixed cone, so that the materials entering the crushing chamber are continuously squeezed and bent to be crushed, and the crushed materials are discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber by their own weight.
