Operation And Installation of Briquette Machine

FTM® briquette machine is widely used. It can press coal, charcoal, slag, gypsum, sludge, coking coal, iron powder, steel slag and other metallic powder. And the common shapes include: round, square, pillow, oval. Due to the forced extrusion of the roll, the product has three characteristics of high density, high strength and high hardness. In recent years, because of its high quality and wide range of materials, FTM®briquette machine has a good development, therefore, there are some matters to be noted.

1.Briquette Machine Structure

1.1.Main engine

Before starting up, check whether all electrical parts are normal, check whether the die holes of the two rolls are aligned. The distance between the working rollers should be kept between 0.4-0.7mm. If it is too large or too small, it can be loosened and adjusted by loosening passive roller, bearing and drawing wire. After adjustment, tighten the screws and draw wires.

1.2.Blender

If the clutch slips during production, the fixed wire on the three-jaw frame can be loosened for adjustment. According to the output, adjust the angle of the mixing blades on the two shafts to ensure that the main engine material.

If you need to add the supplementary material (bonding, waterproof), can be added in the blender.

1.3.Conveyor

During normal operation, the belt should not deviate. If the belt is deviated, the front and back rollers, bearing and jacking wire can be adjusted.

1.4.Feeder

First, start the machine to adjust the belt tightness, so that the belt can not deviate, and then according to the production capacity of the molding machine to adjust the size of the gate, so that the amount of feed is enough.

2.Installation Precautions

Strict precautions in actual operation of briquette machine:

• It is strictly prohibited for iron block, stone block and other hard objects to enter the machine, and the damage caused thereby shall be borne by the customer.
• The size of the material to be processed must be below 3 mm, otherwise it will affect the molding and reduce the service life of the machine.
• It is strictly prohibited to start with heavy load, and non-technical personnel are strictly prohibited to disassemble and adjust the equipment.
• Regularly maintain and observe whether the reducer and bearing seat are short of oil.
