FTM® briquette machine is widely used. It can press coal, charcoal, slag, gypsum, sludge, coking coal, iron powder, steel slag and other metallic powder. 1.Briquette Machine Structure
Before starting up, check whether all electrical parts are normal, check whether the die holes of the two rolls are aligned. The distance between the working rollers should be kept between 0.4-0.7mm. If it is too large or too small, it can be loosened and adjusted by loosening passive roller, bearing and drawing wire. After adjustment, tighten the screws and draw wires.
If the clutch slips during production, the fixed wire on the three-jaw frame can be loosened for adjustment. According to the output, adjust the angle of the mixing blades on the two shafts to ensure that the main engine material.
If you need to add the supplementary material (bonding, waterproof), can be added in the blender.
During normal operation, the belt should not deviate. If the belt is deviated, the front and back rollers, bearing and jacking wire can be adjusted.
First, start the machine to adjust the belt tightness, so that the belt can not deviate, and then according to the production capacity of the molding machine to adjust the size of the gate, so that the amount of feed is enough.
