Introduction of Flotation Machine

The flotation machine is mainly used to select metal minerals such as gold, silver, copper, iron, zinc, molybdenum, nickel, aluminum, etc., and can also be used for the selection of ferrous metals and non-metals. The machine is driven by a triangular belt of the motor to rotate the impeller, which generates centrifugal force to form a negative pressure. On the one hand, the slurry is mixed with sufficient air inhaled. On the other hand, the slurry is stirred to make a drug mixture, while the foam is refined. The mineral is adhered to the foam, and then floated to the surface of the slurry to form mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the gate to control the liquid level so that the useful foam is scraped off by the scraper.

Instructions for Using:

Check all parts of the bolt before starting the machine, and manually rotate the pulley before stopping the machine to prevent sedimentation and increasing the motor load. During operation, the operator should carefully adjust the height of the gate to keep the liquid level stable so that the scraper can scrape the mineralized foam on the slurry surface into the launder at any time. The impeller and the stator are wearing parts, and the two should be kept at a certain distance. They should be replaced in time when they are worn, and the bearings in the pump body should be serviced once every three months.

Structure devices of flotation machine: slurry tank, stirring device, air charging system, discharge mineralized bubble unit, motor, etc.

1. Slurry tank: Include the slurry inlet and a gate device for adjusting the height of the slurry surface;

2. Stirring device: It is used to stir the slurry to prevent the ore from precipitating in the tank and it is mainly composed of pulley, impeller, vertical shaft, etc;

3. Air charging system: It consists of a conduit and an air intake tube. The air is drawn in by a hollow pump tube and dispersed in the slurry to form a bubble group;

4. Discharge mineralized bubble unit: The device is mainly driven by a motor which drives the reducer, and the reducer drives the scraper.
