Brief in HGM Ultrafine Grinding Mill

Introduction

HGM ultrafine grinding mill is a new type with the international advanced technological level developed by our company and German experts by absorbing the domestic and overseas excellent technology. It's an upgraded version of Raymond Mill.


This machine can be used to process all kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with mosh hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 7%. It is the perfect choice for materials such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, marble, granite, dolomite, coal, iron ore and so on. What’s more, the fineness of finished products can be adjusted between 0.18mm and 0.01mm (80 mech-1250 mechs), and some materials can reach more than 2000 mesh.


Structure

The basic structure consists of the main unit, fan, powder separator, cyclone dust collector, dust collector, pipe device and motor.

The main unit consists of a frame, an air inlet volute, a shovel, a grinding roller, a grinding ring and a cover.

Ancillary auxiliary equipment also includes jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder (small size, can be sealed, can be fed continuously and evenly), silo, power distribution cabinet (control the entire line), etc.

Working Principle

After the large pieces of stone are fully crushed by the crusher, they are uniformly sent into the storage bin from the bottom to the top by the bucket elevator, and then sent to the main machine in an orderly manner by the vibrating feeder.

The material entering the grinder is scooped up by the blade, squeezed and crushed between the grinding roller and the ring, and then blown into the grinder under the action of a fan, and the powder is blown into the analyzer for sorting. Qualified fine powder enters the cyclone separator of the finished product along with the airflow, and is separated from the air and discharged from the outlet to become the finished product.

Maintenance Items:

1. Bearing

Good lubrication has a great relationship with bearing life. It directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. The main oil filling point of this machine is:

(1) Rotating bearing (2) Roll bearing (3) All gears (4) Moving bearing and sliding plane.

2. The newly installed wheel tyres are prone to looseness and must be checked frequently.

3. Pay attention to whether all parts of the machine work normally.

4. Pay attention to check the degree of wear of easily worn parts, and pay attention to replacing worn parts at any time.

5. If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop and check the cause immediately to eliminate it.

6. If there is an impact sound when the rotating gear is running, stop and check it immediately and eliminate it.
