Vibrating Screen

Vibrating screen is a new type of circular vibrating screen based on YA and YK type vibrating screens of Henan Fote Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. It is upgraded and improved according to the customers’ site usage and maintenance experience. The machine adopts the cylinder type eccentric shaft vibration exciter and the partial block to adjust the amplitude. The material sieve line is long and many screening specifications are available.

Brief In Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen is designed for circular motion. It is designed for quarrying stone in quarry. It can also be used for product classification in coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, electric power and chemical industry. The production capacity can reach 75-1300m³/h. The HX vibrating screen is a new type of machine. It adopts eccentric vibration exciter and wheel flexible shaft. It has characteristics of advanced structure, strong vibration force, low vibration noise, easy maintenance and durability.

The HX vibrating screen is mainly composed of a sieve box, a vibration exciter, a suspension (or support) device, and an electric motor. The motor is driven by a V-belt to drive the spindle of the exciter to rotate, and the screen box is vibrated due to the centrifugal inertial force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter.
