The impact crusher is a new generation of impact crusher developed by our company (Henan Fote Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.) in the absorption of advanced technology at home and abroad, combined with the specific industrial and mining conditions of the domestic sand and gravel industry. It is suitable for crushing medium hardness materials, such as limestone crushing, granite and concrete in cement plants. It is widely used in various ore crushing, railway, highway, energy, cement, chemical, construction and other industries.

The impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to break up materials. When the machine is working, the rotor rotates at high speed under the driving of the motor. When the material enters the action area of the hammer, it collides with the hammer on the rotor, and then is thrown to the counter-attack device to break again, and then the bomb returns to the hammer action zone from the counter-attack and is broken again. This process is repeated, and the material is repeatedly broken into first, second, and third counter-attack chambers until the material is crushed to the desired particle size and discharged from the discharge port. It can achieve the purpose of changing the material discharge size and material shape by adjusting the gap between the counter-rack and the rotor.
