Why FTM Fine Crusher ?

The Fine crusher is suitable for hard and brittle materials such as granite, basalt, limestone, river pebble, cement clinker, quartz stone, iron ore, bauxite and other minerals. The feed port of the machine is available in sizes from 120mm to 190 mm and the discharge port is available in sizes from 0mm to 10 mm. What’s more, the fine crusher has a maximum production capacity of 310t/h.

Its performance has reached the international leading level, and is currently the most effective, practical and reliable crushing machine, especially suitable for making abrasive, refractory materials, cement, quartz sand, steel sand and other hard and brittle materials. When the fine crusher is working, the third-generation sand making machine is driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed, the material enters the first crushing chamber and breaks with the hammer on the rotor, and then enters the second fine crushing chamber for crushing, and finally the finished product is discharged from the discharge port.
