Why FTM Drum Dryer ?

The dryer can be used to dry more than 100 kinds of materials such as lime, limestone, river sand and clay. It is widely used in sand and gravel yards, mining, coal mining, concrete mixing plants, dry mortar, power plant desulfurization, refractory materials, building materials, and other industries.

The dryer has a large processing capacity, low fuel consumption, and low drying cost. The dryer has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance and can quickly dry materials with high-temperature hot air. The scalability is strong, the design considers the production margin, and even if the output is increased by a small amount, there is no need to replace the equipment. The equipment adopts a self-aligning tug structure, and the cooperation between the tug and the rolling ring greatly reduces wear and power consumption. The specially designed retaining wheel structure greatly reduces the horizontal thrust caused by the tilting of the equipment, which has a strong anti-overload capability, stable cylinder operation, and high reliability.

Advantages

High thermal efficiency: Most of the heat supplied in the drum is used for moisture vaporization of the material, and the thermal efficiency is 80% to 90%.

The drying rate is large: the temperature gradient of the wall is large, so that the surface of the film maintains a high evaporation intensity, generally up to 30-70 kg/(m2.h).

Stable drying quality: Since the heating mode is easy to control, the temperature inside the cylinder and the heat transfer rate of the partition wall can be kept relatively stable, so that the quality of the product can be guaranteed.
