Wheel Type Sand Washer

The wheel type sand washing machine has the advantages of simple structure, little wearing parts, small floor space, large processing capacity, low power consumption and high washing degree. The transmission parts are isolated from water and sand, which greatly reduces the failure rate. When the sand washing machine works, the motor passes through the V-belt and the reducer, so that the gear is decelerated and the impeller is slowly rotated. The gravel is fed from the silo into the vibrating feeder, and then uniformly fed by the feeder into the drum screen (vibrating screen) by the conveyor belt, and the sand screening machine is carried out, and then sent to the sand washing machine by the conveyor belt. The material is tumbling under the impeller and rubbed against each other to remove impurities covering the surface of the gravel, and at the same time destroying the water vapor layer of the coated sand to facilitate dehydration. At the same time, water is added to form a strong water flow, and foreign matter with small impurities and small specific gravity is taken away in time and discharged from the overflow port to complete the cleaning.

For the wheel sand washing machine, the amount of water used in the sand washing process is small, and the loss of fine sand and stone powder is small, and the grading and fineness modulus of the washed building sand can meet the standard requirements. Its production capacity is generally below 80 tons, so it is suitable for small and medium capacity sand production line systems. The price of the wheel washer is relatively low, and it is an economical type of efficient sand washer, and its running cost is also low.

Spiral Sand Washer

Compared with the wheel sand washing machine, the spiral sand washing machine mainly stirs the sand and gravel material through the screw device in the equipment, so that the soil in the sand stone material is mixed with the water, and is discharged from the flow port on the equipment. However, the sand and gravel material is gradually screened under the action of the screw device, and is discharged from the discharge port at the top, thereby realizing the cleaning and screening effect of the sand and stone material. The spiral sand washing machine loses a lot of fine sand during the cleaning process, so sand can be washed cleanly.

The spiral sand washing machine has a relatively long body, adopts a horizontal structure, runs smoothly, cleans sand and has high output, but its installation arrangement is not as convenient as the wheel type. The spiral sand washer has a strong cleaning ability and can effectively clean the sand and gravel with serious mud impurities, and is often disposed in a large sand production line. At the same time, the price of the spiral sand washing machine is relatively high, and it belongs to the type of high-grade large-volume sand washing machine.

Through the comparative analysis of the above aspects, we should have a general understanding of the two sand washing machines. In fact, because the price of the wheel washing machine is relatively cheap, and its processing capacity is not as good as that of the spiral sand washing machine, it can meet the requirements of most sand washing production lines. Therefore, users who choose the wheel sand washing machine have more applications. Its application range is also wide, so in actual production, most users may prefer the wheel washer.
