Quartz is a mineral composed of silicon oxide, a natural material composed of chemical formula SiO2. Quartz is a mineral resource with very stable physical and chemical properties. It is also a raw material for quartz refractory and ferrosilicon. Quartz powder is processed through quartz stone. It is widely used in glass, refractories, rubber, metallurgy, ceramics, construction, and other fields.

Processing process:

1. Crushing: The large quartz stone is first crushed by a jaw crusher, until meets the particle size of the Raymond mill.

2. Grinding powder: The crushed quartz stone material is sent to the bin by the bucket elevator, and then it is sent to the grinding chamber of the Raymond mill by the electromagnetic vibration feeder to be ground. The quartz stone enters the mill. After the cavity, it is ground by the grinding roller in the machine, so as to obtain powder.

3. Classification: The quartz material after grinding is classified by a high-efficiency classifier, the unqualified quartz powder need to be returned to the Raymond mill for re-milling.

4. Powder collection: The powder that meets the fineness will enter the dust collector through the pipeline to be separated and collected. The collected finished powder will be sent to the finished product bin by the conveying device through the discharge port, and then used in a powder tanker or automatic packer for packing.
